Sanjeev Research provides research services as a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. We publish research and recommendations to subscribers alike. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or trade execution.

No guarantee

Recommendations are opinions based on analysis and carry risk. We do not guarantee any return. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not redistribute, resell or publish our research without written permission.
Do not misrepresent our recommendations or attribute claims to us that we have not made.
Your account is personal to you; do not share access credentials.

Intellectual property

All research, content and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Sanjeev Research and are protected accordingly.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses arising from acting on our research. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, without prejudice to the SEBI SCORES and Smart ODR routes.
