Subscription fees are non-refundable. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period with no auto-renewal, and the full features of the plan are available to you from the moment it begins. As there is no refund, no question of a pro-rata or partial refund for any unused portion of the period arises. We encourage you to start with the free 14-day trial to evaluate the service before choosing a quarterly or annual plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply write to us at ask@sanjeevresearch.com from your registered email address. On cancellation, your plan will not renew and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Since fees are non-refundable, cancelling does not result in a refund for the remaining period.
