Account details (mobile number, email, name), KYC information where you subscribe (PAN and records fetched from a SEBI-registered KRA), payment records, and product usage data collected with your consent.
To provide the research service, verify identity and eligibility, process payments and invoices, send you the communications you have opted into, meet our regulatory record-keeping obligations, and improve the product.
Personal and financial data is stored within India. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, PAN and KYC data are encrypted, and access is role-restricted.
Research reports, the rationale and basis of recommendations, and required client records are retained for five years as mandated. On account deletion we perform a soft delete and retain only what regulation requires.
